        Buying an OCAM Gift Voucher is quick and easy - and it gives them the freedom to choose exactly what they want from our range of 4x4 accessories, touring gear and more.


        1. Choose Your Gift Voucher
        Select the gift voucher value you’d like to give and add it to your cart.

        2. Personalise Your Gift
        During the purchase, you’ll be asked to enter who the voucher is from, the recipient’s name and email address, and a personal message to include with their gift.

        3. Choose When It’s Delivered
        Select the date and time you’d like the gift voucher delivered. Perfect for planning ahead for birthdays, Christmas, Father’s Day or other special occasions.

        4. We’ll Send It for You
        Once your order has been fully paid and approved, the gift voucher will be automatically emailed to the recipient at your selected time. There’s nothing to print, post or send yourself.

        5. They Choose What They Want
        The recipient can browse the OCAM range and choose the 4x4 accessories, touring gear or other products that are right for them.

        6. Redeem Online or In Store
        The voucher can be redeemed online at checkout or in an OCAM store. The recipient simply follows the redemption instructions included with their voucher.

        If you leave the send date blank at checkout, we'll email it as soon as your order is paid and approved. If you pick a date and time, it's sent then. Allow up to 30 minutes either way.

        Add their gear to the cart and go to checkout. In the order summary, click Redeem Voucher, then enter the voucher code and secret code from their email. They can choose how much of the voucher to put towards the order. They don't need an account, but if they log in first, any leftover credit is saved to their account for next time.

        Yes. Just show the voucher email with the voucher code at any OCAM store.

        No problem. Whatever is left stays on their account as credit, ready for their next order.

        3 years from the date of purchase.

        Check the send date you chose, then ask them to look in their junk or promotions folder. Still can't find it? Contact our team with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

        Gift vouchers can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Anything bought with a voucher is covered by our standard 30 day returns, just like any other order.
