For all TroopCarrier models with rear seats- the shape of the Full Length Floor Console prevents the front passenger's seat extension, which will limit the space rear passenger's have to climb through to the rear seats of the vehicle.
Additional accessories compatible with this console:
+$35- Ripstop canvas storage lining (with a sewn in pocket for cables, phone, wallet etc.) to replace standard vinyl storage lining.
+$85- Rear Wedge with 2 fold up cup holders (79 Series Dual cab & 76 Series StationWagon only)

All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt, except; on weekends, as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated.
Free pick-up (click and collect) is available from all locations listed above. Please contact us to confirm stock is available prior to your arrival. You will need to present a government-issued I.D., for all prepaid pick-ups.
Should you choose free pick-up and your item is not in stock at your chosen location, a free stock transfer is available (excluding oversized items; trays, canopies & van roof racks). Stock transfers occur on a fortnightly basis and will require additional handling time.
For shipping orders, we aim to keep your cost as low as possible. The shipping rates on our website are calculated from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure you get the best deal. If your item isn't available nearby, we might need a little extra time to handle your order. Also, items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.
Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD, and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.

RETURNS
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
The item needs to be returned and will be replaced or a full refund or credit provided. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.

If the product is damaged during installation or due to a lack of ongoing maintenance, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit.
When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.

Please include your order number and specific description of damage/problem, photos and a clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorised, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied to within 24 business hours.
