BACKORDER POLICY

OCAM 4X4 Acessories branded Items that are not currently in stock and are placed on backorder require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Once the item becomes available, the customer will be notified. The item must be picked up within 10 business days of notification. Failure to pick up the item within this period, without prior written notice or arrangement, may result in forfeiture of the deposit and restocking of the item. 

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY

For all special orders(Not OCAM Branded and all custom orders), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. Special orders include items such as custom-made, personalised, or specifically requested products that are not part of our standard inventory. Typically, these items are held at our local supplier warehouses, identified on our website as "Distribution Centre" stock
By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes to the order, or returns.
  2. Payment of Balance: The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid in full before the order is shipped or available for pickup.
  3. Processing and Delivery Times: Special orders may require extended processing and delivery times. Specific timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  4. Cancellations and Modifications: Once placed. special orders cannot be cancelled or modified without prior approval from our team. Additional charges may apply for any approved changes. Special orders that are fulfilled and wish to be returned will occur a 20% restocking fee and any delivery charges occurred and the cost to return the goods back the closest distributor warehouse.

Delivery Information

All items are shipped within 1-3 days of payment receipt, except; on weekends, as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated.

We aim to keep your cost as low as possible. The shipping rates on our website are calculated from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure you get the best deal. If your item isn't available nearby, we might need a little extra time to handle your order. Also, items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD, and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.

Fibreglass and steel canopies - please note these are for pick up only. Delivery is not available.  

For oversized items such as van roof racks and ute trays, a custom delivery quote is required. Simply click on the Product Enquiry tab and send us a request with your delivery address or preferred pick up location.  Our team will respond with a quote.
 

Click & Collect

Free pick-up (click and collect) is available at any listed location for items in stock at that store.  Please contact us to confirm availability before you arrive, and bring a valid government-issued ID for all prepaid orders.

If the item isn’t in stock at your chosen location, a stock transfer fee will apply.  This fee appears in your cart and at checkout (excluding oversized items such as ute trays, canopies, van roof racks).  Transfers are processed fortnightly and require 2-3 weeks handling time.  For the fastest and best-value option, choose direct delivery to your address.

For your total confidence, OCAM offers a 1-year warranty on this product. The warranty is limited to manufacturing and materials defects. Not including damage caused by adverse weather, wind, misuse or abuse, wear and tear, incorrect installation or set up and/or incorrect application. We place a high value on customer service and aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you require any assistance with your product, please contact us.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

The item needs to be returned and will be replaced or a full refund or credit provided. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.

If the product is damaged during installation or due to a lack of ongoing maintenance, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit.

When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.

Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via email at hello@ocam.com.au. Please include your order number and specific description of damage/problem, photos and a clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorised, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied to within 24 business hours.
